Quarantine Neck and Back Pain

The Covid pandemic has forced many to work from home or attend school virtually. This has drastically increased the time at the computer and sitting for the average person or student. This has deconditioned the spinal muscles, leading to poor posture. As a result, I have seen an increase in back complaints. In addition to regular chiropractic adjustments to increase joint mobility and flexibility, it is recommended that you get up from the seating position and move about for 15 minutes of every hour.
